Jerome Delvo, 75, of Langdon, ND passed away April 11, 2007 at the Maple Manor Care Center of Langdon.

Jerome was born January 21, 1932 at Langdon, ND to John and Catherine (Moos) Delvo.  He attended country grade school and went on to attend St. Alphonsus High School.  Jerome and Beatrice Messner were united in marriage on October 21, 1959 at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church of Langdon.  They made their home on the home place where they farmed.  Jerome also did custom welding and worked for Sand Iron and Steel in the winters.  Jerome was a member of the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church of Langdon where he was active in the Knights of Columbus.  He was a member of the Eagles Aerie #3454 and served on various boards in the community.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing and ice cold water.

Jerome is survived by his wife Beatrice of Langdon, children:  Patricia (Thomas) Sell of Fargo, ND; Michael (Theresa) Delvo of Springfield, IL; Gerald (Laurie) Delvo of Langdon, ND; Gary (Cindy) Delvo of Pratt, KS; Mary Kay (Raynelle) Delvo of Fridley, MN; Karen (John) Schofield of Cedar Falls, IA, grandchildren: Kristen Sell, Dana Sell, Eric Delvo, Emily Delvo, Jacob Delvo, Jackson Delvo, Tiffany Ulshoeffer, Kelly Lingg, Benjamin Delvo, Lucas Delvo, Carter Schofield, Evan Schofield, 5 great-grandchildren, sisters Betty (Leonard) Kathman of Grand Forks, ND and Kathleen (Mike) Kraft of Devils Lake, ND, brother John (Shirley) Delvo of Langdon, ND, aunts Eva Moos, Edith Moos, and Rose Moos all of Langdon, ND and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Joseph and numerous aunts and uncles.

In Lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to Cavalier County Senior Meals and Services.

VISITATION  From 2 to 5pm at the Brooks Funeral Home on Friday April 13, 2007

PRAYER SERVICE  7:00pm Friday evening at the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church of Langdon.

SERVICES  10:00am on Saturday April 14, 2007 at the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church of Langdon, ND.
