Charles Gapp, 80, of Langdon and formerly of Mt. Carmel, ND passed away Monday November 12, 2007 at the Maple Manor Care Center of Langdon, ND.

Charles was born May 9, 1927 at Mt. Carmel, ND to Albert and Clara (Fischer) Gapp.  He was raised and educated in the Mt. Carmel area and went on to farm the family farm.  He was an active member of the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus and enjoyed hunting and working on farm machinery.

Charles is survived by his brother Andrew (Mary Ellen) Gapp of Langdon, ND and sister Annette (Syl) Riedhammer of Carmichael, CA along with numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers; Daniel, Harold, Ben, Leon and Lloyd.

VISITATION will begin at 5pm with a 7pm Prayer Service at the Brooks Funeral Home of Langdon on Wednesday Evening, November 14, 2007.

SERVICES  Thursday November 15, 2007 at 1:00pm at the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church of Langdon, ND.

INTERMENT  Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Cemetery of Mt. Carmel, ND
