My deceased husband, Marvin Carter, did alot of work for her on her farm buildings and my daughter Lisa and a friend painted her house one summer.  Marvin always enjoyed working for her and she always had a treat for him and his crew.  I had the pleasure of getting to know Phyllis through United Methodist Women.  What a wonderful lady   My deepest sympathy to her family.
