She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers: Donald, James, Neil and Earl; sisters: Vivian and Margaret; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the staff of the Good Samaritan Center in Osnabrock for the excellent care Ila received while she was a  resident there and for their caring nature towards the family when they visited Ila.

A private family service will be held.

Ila was the one of the kindest women I've ever known.  I remember asking her to come and look at our new lambs and she made of point of "oohing and aahing" over each and every one, and there must have been a hundred of them!  Our family was fortunate to have known her.
